Newport Channel Inn He participated in the largest medical malpractice verdict in the County of Kern in 2014 in the matter of McNight v. Mercy Hospital, et al He was one of the finalists for the Consumer Attorneys of California Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2014. He has since obtained the second largest mTBI judgments in the country in the matter of Garcia v. Dillon Transport Inc. He was honored with the 2002 Warrior of the Year award from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
